Brat Submission Agreement

In order for others to celebrate our brat lifestyle, you can submit their best brat photos, brat videos or brat stories. If selected they will be posted here on the site.

Keep in mind your submission must be: 1) yours ; 2) must be suitable for all ages. Submissions may NOT contain, as determined by us, in our sole and absolute discretion, any content that:

1. is sexually explicit, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic;
2. promotes illegal drugs, tobacco (or the use of any of the foregoing), or a particular political agenda;
3. defames, misrepresents, or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
4. contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress, without express written consent of the rights holder(s) or a reasonably apparent lawful basis for your use(s);
5. contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies, or other media) either without express written consent of the rights holder(s) or a reasonably apparent lawful basis for your use(s);
6. contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person (other than a member of your family or community for whom you have received consent) including, without limitation, celebrities, look-alikes of celebrities, and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, either without express written consent of the rights holder(s) or a reasonably apparent lawful basis for your use(s); or
7. communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or violates any law.

By submitting a video, photo, or personal story, you agree/consent:

1. That We are granted a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, (including websites and social media platforms), and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
2. That We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties.

In addition, you acknowledge that We may obtain other submissions, content or materials that are similar or identical in theme, format or other respects to that submitted by you. You acknowledge that, by submitting a video, photo or story, We do not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas, themes, or concepts previously known to Us, or developed by Us, or obtained from sources other than you. Submissions may or may not be posted on the site or in any other media, in Our sole discretion. By making a submission, you agree that We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of any Submission by third parties.

Use of We, Us, or Our in this consent agreement refers to Michael Joseph Lyons or any employees or contractors who work on this site, or on the Brat Series.
